Payment

Credit Cards and Prepayment : VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are accepted with no surcharge, and we will bill credit cards only upon shipment of your product. If you prefer to pay by wire transfer please email us at info@softdeli.com.

Purchase orders : PO's are accepted from credit-approved organizations for corporate, educational and government orders. Contact one of our account managers for qualification and application details. Banking, trade- references, federal-tax-ID and Dunn-Bradstreet numbers may be required. Resellers are also required to submit state resale number when applicable.

Educational Institutions : The minimum PO (Purchase Order) amount for Universities is $1,000.00 USD.


Product Availability

Most of our products will ship the same day, but due to stock fluctuations there will be exceptions. Some items may require a few extra days to get to our warehouse before they can be shipped to you, if this happens you will be notified with the estimated date of delivery. We reserve the right to delight you with higher or upgraded version of the purchased software should the ordered version not be available immediately.
