Shipping
We offer free shipping for all products by USPS. If you want your products faster please choose faster shipping options at checkout.
Returns
You can only return unopened software for up to 10 days from receiving your product. After this time we may accept returns up to 30 days but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Opened, written-on, or installed software is not returnable. Defective software will be replaced with the same product. Any opened software is not returnable. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all registration cards, disks, CDs, manuals, licenses, etc. in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return at our
discretion if there is reason to believe that software has been tampered with.
Return to Sender Packages or Refused Packages are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Refused packages are defined as packages which have been voluntarily refused by the customer for any reason upon delivery.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We cannot accept unauthorized packages, so you must have an RMA to return your product. You can obtain RMA number by calling us or emailing us at returns@softdeli.com.
RMA numbers are valid 10 days from the date of issue only. Returns received after 10 days will not be accepted. After this time we may accept returns but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. RMAs and refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process and refunds granted will be credited back according to means of payment.
This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
